Te’Ara S. Bouldin, MA, CCC-SLP

Te’Ara S. Bouldin is a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist committed to helping individuals find their voice and communicate with confidence. With years of clinical experience across diverse settings, she specializes in delivering personalized, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

Inspired from an early age to serve others, Te’Ara discovered her calling in speech-language pathology and quickly developed a deep appreciation for the impact of effective communication. For her, therapy is not merely about teaching sounds or expanding vocabulary—it is about ensuring that every child and adult has the opportunity to be heard and understood, in whatever way they communicate.

Te’Ara earned her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology from Hampton University and holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). Her professional experience includes serving children, adolescents, and adults with speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency disorders, swallowing and cognitive challenges, and social communication needs.

Service Description
Consultations provide clinical insight on what evaluation may be appropriate to address
individual needs and appropriate plan of care.

Service Description

Initial Comprehensive Evaluations are required for all patients to receive treatment and serve as a basis for determining area of need via standardized and informal testing. May include just one area of concern or multiple areas of concern as determined by information collected from consultation. Virtual options available for residents of North Carolina & Georgia!

Service Description

Re-Evaluations are to be conducted annually following Initial Comprehensive Evaluation
to determine continued need for services, revision of goals, and/or possible discharge
based upon progress.
